How billing works
Coastly is a software platform, not a payment processor and not the seller of your goods or services. Your customers pay you directly, your way (cash, transfer, or your own terminal). On the business Coastly brings you, we charge a 10% platform fee billed to you, which is about a third of what the delivery giants take, and it is waived while we launch your town. Sign up before August 26, 2026 and your 10% rate is locked in. Coastly Pro and Boosts are optional and separate. We give notice before any charge begins.
