How does Coastly get paid if it never holds my money?

Customers always pay you directly, in cash or on a local rail such as Yappy in Panama. Once a sale is confirmed by both you and the customer, Coastly records a commission on it. Every Friday we send you one invoice for that week of verified sales. Coastly is merchant of record only for its own commission.

What is the commission rate?

It depends on your business type and your town, so we do not print a single universal rate. You see your exact rate before you publish your storefront. Delivery and tips are always zero to Coastly, and real-estate commission is charged at close only, never on a lead.

What does the $149 Launch Package include?

A storefront built and photographed with you, your menu or listings or tickets set up in three languages, orders and bookings sent to your phone, and local payment configured. It is a one-time founding price of $149, down from $249, for the first 25 businesses in Playa Venao. There is no monthly fee.

Do I keep my own customers?

Yes. Your regulars stay yours. Coastly helps new visitors find you, but it never sits between you and the people who already know your place.

What happens when the founding spots run out?
